May 19, 2015 · My iphone 5c's screen suddenly went black and won't turn on. I tried updating, restoring settings, resetting, (nearly everything after research). It was working fine a few minutes ago! I will say I simply dropped the phone, on a slightly damp floor, but I have a protective case on it!
